Domestic self-driving technology is 82.4% compared to the U.S, the world's best country, and is still at level 2. However, in March 2021, Korea launched the
Self-Driving Technology Development Innovation Project Group jointly with related ministries such as the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the Ministry of Science and ICT, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, and the National Police Agency.

By 2027, the project group aims to achieve a level 4+ level that responds to amorphous objects (traffic signals, unpaved roads, etc.) through the convergence of vehicles and infrastructure.

Through this project, we aim to commercialize level 4+ autonomous driving for the first time in the world, and to lead the preoccupation of core autonomous driving technologies and industrial ecosystems by actively supporting major infrastructure plans such as legal systems, communication, precision maps, roads, and control.
In addition, as the project group has been formed to facilitate the project through cooperation and cooperation between ministries, the project group will play a role as a medium to actively cooperate with the private sector in all directions.

Fully autonomous driving is a road that no one has ever taken yet. The business group is trying to make the unknown road easier for people. Four government ministries, 88 industry-academic-research institutions, and their research personnel gathered together with the project group. With that power, we will do our best
to commercialize the world's first level 4+ autonomous vehicle.
